Family Match provide Nannies, Mother's Helps, Maternity Nurses, Housekeepers, and Holiday Nannies throughout the whole southern region. As a committed member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Family Match adheres to a strict Code of conduct in its intensive selection and verification processes.
The candidate selection process is extremely thorough & includes a personal interview, verification of the identity & qualifications of each candidate, exploring reasons for gaps in employment history and looking at the candidates personal, family and medical background. They also speak personally to at least two or three of the candidates previous employment references, & undertake an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check on every candidate.
Family Match also offer ongoing advice throughout the entire recruitment process & also on employment issues thereafter. Standard Employment Contracts can be supplied if required together with information on terms of employment and tax & NI contributions.
