Christmas Cantaloupe Smoothie
Get your creative juices flowing with this colourful combination of fruit and yogurt.
- . 1/2 cantaloupe Melon (peeled, seeded, and sliced)
- . 125ml of apple or apricot juice
- . 1 pot of Ski Activ8 cherry yogurt
- . 1 pot of Ski activ8 raspberry yogurt
- . 3-4 ice cubes
Put all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached and pour into 3 glasses for a colourful creation full of fabulous flavour and texture. This recipe is packed full of vitamins, it contains the eight essential B vitamins and minerals from the Ski Activ8 yogurts as well as vitamin A and C from the Cantaloupe.
