Chilled Out Smoothie

In need of a cool and calming drink that will satisfy your hunger cravings then try the 'Easy Going Smoothie', the unusual ingredients give it a delightfully tangy taste - you can't help unwinding!
Ingredients:
- 1 pot of Ski Activ8 apricot Variety yogurt
- 1 handful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 5 strawberries
- A couple of tablespoons of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 225ml of prune juice
Put the fruit in the blender and mix with the vanilla extract and cinnamon, blending for 5 - 10 seconds. Add in the Ski Activ8 apricot yogurt and honey then blend again for a few seconds, finally add in the prune juice and blend until the mixture is smooth. The smoothie comes out very tangy, but the sweetness of the fruit will cover up a lot of the prune taste so you end up with a smoothie that is extremely healthy but super tasty.
