Berry Cool Smoothie

Perfect for mums wanting a healthy drink for the family, this smoothie contains a mix of juicy berries mixed with yogurt and ice to create an explosion of fruity flavour.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 pineapple (skinned and cubed)
- Small bowl of blackberries
- Small bowl of blueberries
- Small bowl of raspberries
- 120 grams pot of Ski Activ8 strawberry and/or raspberry Variety yogurt
- 2 - 4 ice cubes
Place the cubed pineapple into the blender with the blackberries, blueberries and raspberries then blend for approx 20 seconds into a pulp. Add in the strawberry and/or raspberry yogurt and blend until the mixture is completely liquid. Finally, add the ice cubes and blend for a few seconds so the ice cubes are crushed. A tasty drink for all the family and full of nutrition!
