Healthy eating becomes child’s play

Top nutritionist Annie Seeley offers up some fun recipes for you and your family.
Chat date: Thursday 29th November 2007
Chat time: 2.00pm – 2.30pm

As a parent, you probably face a range of worries when it comes to feeding your kids. It’s not just about making sure they eat a balanced diet, there is also the issue of avoiding additives that have previously been linked with behavioural problems. Do you worry about what your kids are eating? Do you sometimes wonder whether or not your nursery is undoing all your hard work when it comes to healthy eating for your child? If so, we’ve got a Web TV show that will put your mind to rest.

Top nutritionist Annie Seeley and Liz Roberts, editor of Nursery World are dropping in to answer all of your questions and give you some top advice on this very tender subject. Both of our special guests have just finished judging the first Nursery Food Awards so they have a very good idea about what the healthiest foods are for your family. Liz will also be able to fill you in on how to pick the best nursery for your child when it comes to nutrition so you know when you can’t be there that they’re in the best possible place.

As well as offering you advice, Annie and Liz will be cooking up some fun recipes that offer you and your children all you need to stay healthy and happy. So why not join us, submit a question and find out how to pick the best nursery and how to make sure you’re kids are getting all the nutrients they need.

Top nutritionist Annie Seeley and editor of Nursery World Liz Roberts join us live online at Webchats on Thursday 29th November at 2.00pm to talk nursery food and healthy eating.
