Magic Days out for Kids at 6 UK Locations
On Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 June, families will be able to enjoy a magic day out in aid of the NSPCC, with £1 from every ticket sold at six nationwide Merlin Entertainments Group attractions going to the NSPCC.
The annual “Magic for Kids” charity initiative will be taking place at six attractions, including Thorpe Park on 9 June and Madame Tussauds, Chessington World of Adventures, Warwick Castle, Alton Towers and the British Airways London Eye on 10 June.
A wide range of fun activities for kids – big and small – will also take place at all six sites, including face painting, raffles, a grand tombola on the front lawn of Chessington World of Adventures and a ‘mad hatters’ fancy dress day at Alton Towers and there are prizes to be won at Warwick Castle involving a huge mediaeval trebuchet!
The NSPCC hopes to raise £40,000 from at the gate ticket sales and fundraising activities which will go towards its vital work in helping to end cruelty to children.
