North Upton Barns are set in a pretty rural location situated about 1/2 miles from the sea and the beautiful beach at Bantham, which is ideal for children and water sports.


Baby Friendly facilities include: Cot and High Chair.


Bedrooms:
Four: two with twin beds on ground floor; one 5' double and a further room with 3' twin beds on top floor. Duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants require towels and tea towels.

Bathrooms:
Two: one on the ground floor and the other on the top floor. Both have bath with electric shower over, washbasin, shaverpoint and w.c

There is a utility room on ground floor with sink, washer/dryer plus separate drying room.



The kitchen/dining room is a spacious well equipped area with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dining table and chairs.








The sitting room is a large comfortably furnished room on the first floor with colour TV and video.






Extensive lawns and garden areas including patio with barbeque and garden furniture. Rear courtyard access and separate driveway to front of property with ample parking for vehicles. Pets are not allowed at this property.


Nearby:
The beautiful sandy beach at Bantham is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, with lovely cliff walks nearby along the South West Coastal Path. Salcombe is only 6 miles away and boasts unspoilt, sandy coves perfect for family beach days and is a renowned sailing centre.
