High Corner is a very well presented period semi-detached house retaining many original character features. The house has been recently upgraded and improved to provide cosy, comfortable accommodation at any time of the year.



A superb position in the heart of the Thurlestone village close to the Golf Club and tennis courts, village store and pub. Thurlestone, South Milton and Bantham’s excellent beaches are situated within walking distance.


Baby Friendly facilities include: Cot, high-chair and stairgate.


High Corner has 3 bedrooms all on the first floor. Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit and doors to balcony with lovely sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds. Bedroom three is a smaller room with bunk beds and chest of drawers

There is one bathroom On the ground floor (adjacent to the entrance lobby and kitchen) with bath, shower (over).


A beautifully presented galley kitchen with a range of wall and floor units, beech work top, ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and dryer (in lobby).




Lovely dining room with wooden flooring and period fireplace. Oak dining table with six chairs and chair/sofa bed to sleep one adult/two children. French doors lead out to the terrace area with views to the sea and surrounding coastline.







The sitting room is a very cosy room with exposed beams, flagstone flooring, open fireplace with wooden mantle and surround, television, DVD player.





Slightly inland, Thurlestone village boasts pretty thatched cottages, a pub, hotel and post office. Take off along miles of coastal paths for wonderful walks with spectacular views or visit Thurlestone Sands, owned by the National Trust and popular with families and water sports enthusiasts. The renowned links golf course close by is set in 50 acres with fabulous sea views. The beautiful sandy beach at Bantham is only a 5 minutes drive away and is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, with lovely cliff walks nearby along the South West Coastal Path. Salcombe is only 6 miles away and boasts unspoilt, sandy coves perfect for family beach days and is a renowned sailing centre.
