The cottage is located in the centre of Dartmouth in quiet Lake Street, just a few minutes from the centre of the historic, waterside town of Dartmouth, with its individual shops, art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. The town's famous waterfront can be easily reached in just a few minutes for boat trips, crabbing or simply to watch the world go by.

Ideal for families with a baby or toddler. Integral stair gates are provided and large items including pushchair and rain cover, bed guards, high chair and travel cot are all available by request, leaving plenty of room in the car for a comfortable drive down. Other baby items such as potty and step, bath accessories, plastic cutlery and crockery.

The property benefits from a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD/CD and Sky satellite (free multi channels), free wireless broadband for internet access and the kitchen is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and fresh coffee maker. Also available are a washer-dryer and small freezer


Outside at 1st floor level there is 30' wide decking area over 2 levels with table and chairs.

With the stunning beach at Blackpool Sands, recently voted 'the best beach for family fun' by Condé Nast Traveller, just 10 minutes away by car, and the award-winning farm park Pennywell Farm, Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, boat and steam train trips all nearby, the area is great for family holidays all year round, whatever the weather.
