Set in historic Warfleet - just ½ mile from the naval town of Dartmouth with its array of pubs, restaurants, boutiques and galleries - stands The Pottery. Built in 1819 this famous Grade II listed building has previously been a fine paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, The Dartmouth Pottery. Now this historic building has been sensitively redeveloped retaining much of the original character to create nine beautiful new apartments.

Baby Friendly facilities available on request include: travel cot, highchair, plastic plates, forks, knifes, spoons and cups and blackout blinds in the family bedrooms.




The Utility area houses a washer/dryer and the cloakroom area leads to downstairs w.c. The designer kitchen is very well equipped with granite work surfaces and glass splashbacks, appliances include 5-ring halogen hob, electric double oven (including microwave), dishwasher, and fridge/freezer all from the SMEG range.









There is an LCD/TV with Sky, DVD/CD, X-Box and an iPOD docking station for entertainment. The spacious living room/diner is located on the ground floor rooms to complement the relaxed area.



Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas.


With the stunning beach at Blackpool Sands, recently voted 'the best beach for family fun' by Condé Nast Traveller, just 10 minutes away by car, and the award-winning farm park Pennywell Farm, Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, boat and steam train trips all nearby, the area is great for family holidays all year round, whatever the weather.
