The Old Bakery is a three storey townhouse situated in the heart of Dartmouth fronting historic Smith Street. Ideal for a young family with a wonderful nursey.



The living room is well presented with two double sofas and occasional furniture. There are 3 double rooms which include a master bedroom with ensuite, stairs lead up within the bedroom to a mezzanine gallery, this area is ideally set up for parents with young children. In addition to the ensuite is a family bathroom.

Baby Friendly facilities available on request include: full-sized wooden cot, highchair, stairgate and plastic cutlery and crockery


The Kitchen is very well-equipped with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine. Small utility room/cupboard with washer/dryer and microwave oven. Large wood and granite dining table with seating for six.







Facilities include a flat-screen TV with SKY Plus, DVD player, BOSE Soundock (for iPOD) and telephone.






With the stunning beach at Blackpool Sands, recently voted 'the best beach for family fun' by Condé Nast Traveller, just 10 minutes away by car, and the award-winning farm park Pennywell Farm, Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, boat and steam train trips all nearby, the area is great for family holidays all year round, whatever the weather.
