26 Dart Marina is situtated on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth, one of the West Country's most sought after locations.





Picturesque Dartmouth, with its pretty, narrow streets offering art galleries, tea rooms and individual shops is just a short walk along the embankment and the town is gaining a reputation for its great choice of places to eat, with well known chefs in several restaurants. 26 Dart Marina has been very tastefully and creatively finished to a very high standard. Both bedrooms are on the 1st floor, the master-bedroom has a super-king size bed with en-suite. The second bedroom can be presented as a double (with super-king size bed) or twin room (two full-size single beds). In addition to the ensuite is a family bathroom.

Please note that because of the waterside location we do not consider this property suitable for toddlers. A cot and highchair are available upon request at the time of booking.

The property consist of a stylishly elegant lounge with a double sofa and two armchairs. Double doors lead into a stunning, state-of-the art kitchen with Poggenphol units, integrated Smeg appliances including magnificent 6-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and espresso machine.




Facilities include a 42" plasma television with full Sky satellite package (including sports and movies), BOSE surround sound and music system. Membership for theDart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym.




With the stunning beach at Blackpool Sands, recently voted 'the best beach for family fun' by Condé Nast Traveller, just 10 minutes away by car, and the award-winning farm park Pennywell Farm, Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, boat and steam train trips all nearby, the area is great for family holidays all year round, whatever the weather.
