Offields Farm is located only ½ mile from the village of Churchstow with its 13th Century church and popular pub, The Church House Inn. The pretty village of Bantham with thatched cottages leading down to the sea, popular local inn (The Sloop) and shop/café is just a short 5–10 minute drive away – the beautiful sandy beach at Bantham is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, with lovely cliff walks nearby along the South West Coastal Path.

Owl Barn and The Stables are two recently converted barns, furnished and presented to a high standard. Situated in 15 acres of rolling farmland with horses and ducks, tenants are more than welcome to roam around the farm! The properties retain many original features such as exposed scissor beams in the ceilingon the first floor. Hot water by immersion. Heating by wall mounted electric heaters. One well-behaved dog permitted.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom with exposed scissor beams, 4’6’’ double bed. Bedroom two has a 4’6’’ double bed. Bedroom three has two 3’ single beds.

In addition to the en-suite is a family bathroom with bath, wash hand-basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light. Downstairs is a further shower room with power shower, wash hand-basin, w.c., shaver point and light, and heated towel rail.

Baby Friendly facilities include: Travel cot and highchair.


The Stables has a White ‘shaker’ style kitchen with 4 ring ceramic hob, electric double oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge/freezer.







The lounge is comfortably furnished with three-seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and electric coal effect fire. Colour television, DVD player and Freeview.






The beautiful sandy beach at Bantham is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, with lovely cliff walks nearby along the South West Coastal Path. Salcombe is only 6 miles away and boasts unspoilt, sandy coves perfect for family beach days and is a renowned sailing centre.
