A tastefully restored and furnished barn conversion with central heating, the former stable to the nearby farmhouse. The barn is an annexe to the owners adjoining residence.





In a picturesque rural setting just 1/2 mile from Malborough and 2 miles from Salcombe. The rugged South Devon coastline is just a short drive away with superb walks across to Bolberry Down close by.


Baby Friendly facilities include: highchair, stairgate and cot.

Stable End - Kitchen
A large oak front door leads into a fully fitted and stylish kitchen with hardwood units, electric cooker with double oven and 4-ring ceramic hob, washer/dryer, fridge and microwave.




Stable End Lounge

The lounge has a sofa, chairs, colour TV, DVD, video, CD hi-fi with iPod docking station.






In addition to the en-suite there is a ground floor fully-tiled shower room (effectively en suite to the twin room) with power shower, w.c. and wash-hand basin. There are two bedrooms, a twin room with wardrobe and drawers on the ground floor. Open stairs lead to the superb first floor studio bedroom with 6’ pine bed.

Situated near the mouth of a tidal estuary and boasting unspoilt, sandy coves, perfect for family beach days, its easy to see why Salcombe remains our most popular location. Renowned as a sailing centre, with facilities for all types of craft, boats to hire and tuition available, Salcombe Regatta fortnight in August, with activities and entertainment for all, attracts visitors year after year. Quieter out of season, the birds and wildlife, wonderful coastal walking and the National Trust Gardens at Overbecks make Salcombe an all year round choice.
