Buckland Court is a delightful development of 19th Century listed buildings arranged around two lawned quadrangles set in a sheltered valley in the pretty hamlet of Goveton, just 2 miles from the market town of Kingsbridge. These beautifully presented, individually designed and well-equipped stone barn cottages have retained much of their original charm and character including such features as exposed ceiling timbers.

The cottage accommodation is on two levels and is comfortable and well maintained. The two bedrooms are light and airy with original beamed ceilings – one double room with 5’ double bed, colour TV, one twin room with 3’ bunk beds (split and both at ground level).

Baby Friendly facilities include: Travel cot, high chair and bottle sterilising unit.


The kitchen is Well-equipped with 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, hi-fi with CD player and fitted units. There is a separate dining area with pine table and four chairs.






The lounge is tastefully furnished with feature fire place/cast-iron burner (gas-fired), two comfortable sofas, colour TV, DVD and video. Door leading out to terrace and garden. Gas-fired central heating and hot water.






The beautiful sandy beach at Bantham is ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts alike, with lovely cliff walks nearby along the South West Coastal Path. Salcombe is only 6 miles away and boasts unspoilt, sandy coves perfect for family beach days and is a renowned sailing centre.
