Cottage View is an Edwardian semi-detached property. It is spacious, light and airy and well equpped. Mainly carpeted, double-glazed windows, telephone and broadband internet access available. Oil-fired central heating and hot water. One well-behaved dog (possibly two depending on owner approval).


Cottage View is less than 300m from two safe, sandy beaches, the village store and Post Office, an historic smugglers’ pub and restaurants.

There are three bedrooms all on first floor. Master bedroom with two 3’ zip-and-link beds, Second bedroom with two 3’ zip-and-link beds. Third bedroom with full-size bunk beds.

Cottage View has a family bathroom on first floor with bath, shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.

Baby Friendly facilities include: highchair, stairgate and cot.


Open-plan kitchen area with fitted units, ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.







The lounge extends into a centrally heated double-glazed conservatory with armchair and occasional furniture. Sliding door to enclosed South-facing terrace.






Outside is a well-tended enclosed garden. South-facing walled terrace with picnic table. Shady patio with additional garden furniture and barbeque at the rear of the cottage.


Hope Cove’s charm attracts visitors who return year after year. One of our most popular family beach locations during the summer, with sandy beaches and clear waters attracting bathers, divers and water sports enthusiasts. Seals and dolphins are seen regularly in the coves. Hope Cove Weekend in August is full of fun for everyone and a wonderful atmosphere.
