‘At the Beach’ is a striking development of luxury apartments and cottages on the very edge of the sea at Slapton Sands. The development is the transformation of the former ‘Torcross Hotel’, a prominent and well-known local landmark built in the late 1800’s. Many of the hotel’s original features have been retained and enhanced resulting in a stunning combination of Victorian elegance and modern-day luxury.



The kitchen opens into a very comfortable lounge area with two double sofas (one convertable into a sofa bed), widescreen TV and DVD player. Double glazed French doors lead out onto terrace.

Baby Friendly facilities include: a cot and highchair.


A large, contemporary, kitchen equipped with fitted units, custom-made worktop, four-ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.







In addition to an en-suite there is a fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin and w.c.






With the stunning beach at Blackpool Sands, recently voted 'the best beach for family fun' by Condé Nast Traveller, just 10 minutes away by car, and the award-winning farm park Pennywell Farm, Woodlands Adventure Park, Paignton Zoo, boat and steam train trips all nearby, the area is great for family holidays all year round, whatever the weather.
