Dr Victoria Samuel

Dr Victoria Samuel is the Parenting.co.uk Psychologist advisor for child behaviour and emotional difficulties. Dr Samuel runs The Parent Support Service which provides practical, professional guidance for common parenting concerns such as sleeping and eating difficulties and behavioural problems.

It is common for parents to go through times when they feel overwhelmed with difficulties they are experiencing with their child. The Parent Support Service aims to reduce family stress at such times and specialises in:

  • Increasing parents' understanding of the reasons behind their child's behavioural or emotional difficulties.

  • Equipping parents with practical strategies for managing problems, which are effective and grounded in psychological theory.

  • Adopting a collaborative & individualised approach, which respects families' unique values & children's' varied temperaments.

Face-to-face parenting support in the family home is available for parents in Bristol and the surrounding area. For parents across the UK and beyond, remote parenting support by email and telephone is now available. To contact Dr. Samuel visit www.parentsupportservice.co.uk or phone 0117 946 7837.
