Self-Compassion: Parents, Peers & Memory
Researcher: Antonia Klases (PhD Student in Clinical Psychology)
Supervisors: Dr. Stella Chan & Dr. Angus MacBeth

Dear Parent,

We are conducting a study to find out how self-compassion is influenced by factors such as our relationships with others and personal memory. We know from research that self-compassion is very important for our mental well-being but we don't know how we develop self-compassion in the first place. We would like to invite you (*mother* _or_ father) and your *adolescent* *child* *between* the *age* of *12* and *18* to take part in this online study as a parent-child pair. Parent (Part A) 10-15 minutes; Your child (Part B) 25 minutes
