Encouraging brave behaviour - Questionnaire from University student

Posted by: Celine Kamsteeg Cambridgeshire Posts: 1

Hello all,
?For my master’s thesis at the University of Cambridge, I am conducting a survey, and I need your help! I am looking into the relationship between parenting styles and anxiety symptoms in children. Encouraging "brave behaviour" can help lower anxiety symptoms in young children. For example: If my child finds something scary, I encourage him/her to carry on regardless.

My target group is parents of children between age 4-8, with British or Dutch nationality. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes of your time. Both mothers and fathers can fill out the questionnaire. It is completely anonymous. 3 Amazon (for British participants) and bol.com (for Dutch participants) gift cards will be raffled off between participants.

You start the survey by clicking on the following link:

Many thanks in advance for your time. If you know any other parents with children in this age range, forwarding this message would be much appreciated!

With best wishes,

Celine Kamsteeg
