Hats at dinner table

Posted by: DKF Oxfordshire Posts: 1

My husband and I consider it rude to wear a hat/baseball cap at the dinner table. We are 55 and our child is 18.

Are we out of touch products of old fashiond parenting or is it still widely considered good manners at the dinner table?

Thanks for your thoughts on this one.
