Brand new health magazine for teenagers to help build their resilence

Posted by: Victoria Evans Guildford Surrey Posts: 2

Hi all!

I wanted to let you know about a brand new teenage health magazine that has just been launched to the UK market called Teen Health Guide (THG)!

The magazine is designed for 12-19 year olds and features articles on everything from mental health, sexual health, fitness and healthy eating. Within this, we have covered topics such a bereavement, bullying, drugs and smoking (to name a few!) and it is the 'go to guide' for teens (and their parents) to read. The idea is for the magazine to empower young people to take control of their health and wellbeing and build resilience for the future!

It only costs £1.99 (plus £2.80 P&P) and is a 64 page glossy magazine written by a leading teen health journalist and practicing GP.

The magazine is available from Amazon:

Youngsters who have read the magazine have said it gives the answers to questions they are too afraid to ask, and parents who have read it said it makes them understand the pressures their teenagers are facing!

Happy reading! Any queries to victoria@teenhealthguide.co.uk

Tell me what do you know about such tablets as the nootropics? I found a shop where you can buy these pills Follow Linkwithout prescription. My friend says that these are smart pills that improve memory and attention. I read information about them on the Internet. They say that they are absolutely safe for health and do not cause dependence. I have exams soon and I would like to know if these pills really help me remember better?
