Changing Diet

Great article. I am a new parent and am worried about my bad eating habits rubbing off on my boy when he grows up. When I was a kid we had a trampoline which the whole family used.

I believe that proper nutrition is very important for an adult and a child. I try to always cook at home and follow the principle - more vegetables and only lean meat. Also, for the correct development of the child, it is necessary to add physical activity. I'm training here Follow Link, my child is on an easier program, but sports in our family are important. In summer we often ride bicycles out of town. This makes us closer and helps us to keep ourselves in shape.
