Yes and all the parking is free.

What was the cost for you and your family to enter the attraction?

An adult ticket is £6.50, child (over 3) ticket is £5.50. Family tickets are £23.00 for 2 adults and 2 children.

Please briefly describe the nature of the attraction (zoo, farm etc)

The attraction is a farm offering visitors the chance to get close to many different animals.

Is it Buggy Friendly?

Very.

Is Longdown Activity Farm an Indoor or Outdoor Attraction

The attraction has a good mixture of both. There are plenty of things to do outside but there are also plenty of indoor activities when the weather is wet. Note that the majority of the indoor activities are in barns so wrap up warm if you go in the winter.

What is the Ideal Age for Visiting?

Yes - there is something for all ages.

Can You Buy Food There?

Yes - A cafe serving sandwiches, snacks and drinks.

Are the Food Options Varied? i.e. Vegetarian

Yes. Only sandwiches and snacks.

What's it Like if You Take Your Own Food?

Yes. There are many areas around the farm for taking a picnic, in fact, I would personally recommend this.

Are the Toilets Clean?

Yes.

Can You Do Everything in a Day?

Yes. I would suggest you could see the attraction in 3 to 4 hours.

Do You Have to Pay for Activities on Top of the Entrance Fee?

No. You do however exit via the gift shop where there are plenty of temptations for the children.

What is the Best Bit?

Feeding of the calves. There are feeding times throughout the day when you will be given the opportunity to bottle feed the calves, goats and goat kids.

What Would You Say to People Considering Going?

Take a picnic and get there early. The feeding of the animals starts at 10:30am and runs almost every half an hour until 4:00pm.

What "Unmissable" Bit Is There?

There are plenty of activities for the children apart from the animals. There is a soft play area for the younger children, tractor rides (1:00 pm and weather permitting), climbing frames, swings and go-karts. I recommend feeding the animals and the small animal handling is also good fun.

What Would Make it Better?

Nothing.

What Did You Think of Your Visit?

There is plenty to do and the children really enjoy seeing and feeding the animals.

How Many Stars Out Of Five?

5 stars
